It's Been Awhile...

Hey everybody. I am glad that Weston keeps in touch with you better than me, between homework and happy puppy news. I was checking the blogs waiting for Jamie to update (smile) and then realized I should update my own.

Seven puppies were born a week ago.
They were tiny, and are growing fast.

Weston loves them and has wanted to keep all of them. 8 dogs are 7 too many for me. Clay is not too attached, mostly just excited to show them off.

Josi can really get around a room, now. I am glad that she keeps herself in the front room though. She hasn't really tried for the hard floor and beyond yet. She rolls and has started scooting backward on her tummy a bit.

Thought you might enjoy this pic.
The tail end of a Saturday in springtime.

Busy Weekend

We have had a busy few days.
Easter was super. We had a great Saturday in Morgan. The kids had fun even if the snow was not gone.

Josi is happy to have her hair out of her eyes. She also has two teeth. She likes to sit up and is rolling all over.

Lonnie turned 31 on Tuesday. He got fun things and maybe he will use his new GPS to take the kids geocaching (treasure hunting, Weston is excited).

A What! A DONKEY!

Brenna requested Clayton telling what a donkey says.

And hello to all the rest of you, too. Everyone, please meet Eore Honkey Donkey (a miniature). Our neighbors gave him to us a few weeks ago.

Weston and Clayton were so excited. I think Lonnie was too.

Time Flies

Happy 6 Months Josi!

I can't believe 6 months has passed.

Our little girl has grown, changed, and added more to our home than I could have wished for. Not too long ago I could type while holding her, now I am pecking at the keys with one hand and keeping her fingers away with the other. She makes us smile and begs for attention we willingly give.

Josi has just mastered rolling over both directions. She is beginning to eat solid foods. All of which she has liked so far except for those green peas. She grimaces and gags on those. She talks and laughs. She grins when Wes comes home from school and Lonnie comes home from work. She cries when I leave the room. Clayton likes to help with "My Josi" as he lovingly calls her. I know they can't stay small forever. I realize that isn't the plan, but these kids really are growing up too fast.
